Overview
YIHENG MJ-150F-ⅰ mildew incubator is a high-efficiency and energy-saving special thermostatic equipment. It adopts brand Compressor and circulating fan to effectively reduce energy consumption and noise, and reduce cooling time by more than 40% compared with traditional low temperature equipment. It is suitable for scientific research, universities and production departments such as environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture and livestock, aquatic products, etc. It is used for water body analysis, BOD determination, bacteria, mold, microbial foster preservation, plant cultivation and breeding tests.

6. With a printer or RS485 interface, it can be connected to a printer and a computer to record temperature parameter changes (optional).

Principle
Mildew incubator precisely adjusts the temperature in the box through a microcomputer PID temperature controller, uses a brand Compressor and environmentally friendly refrigerant to achieve efficient cooling, and combines a circulating fan with three-speed speed control to control the airflow to ensure uniform and stable temperature. The independent temperature limiting alarm system automatically interrupts the operation when the temperature is abnormal to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of + 5~ 30 ℃.
2. Set the desired temperature through the LCD screen and menu operation (Temperature range 0~ 60 ℃, resolution 0.1 ℃).
3. Adjust the circulating fan speed as needed (three gears are optional) to avoid sample volatilization.
4. Set the timing function (Timer Range 1~ 9999 minutes).
5. Place the sample on the adjustable spacing shelf and start the device.
6. Monitor temperature parameters, optional printer or computer interface to record data.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment operation.
Equipment Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 30 ℃, beyond the range may affect performance.
• Check liner cleaning before use and maintain regularly to prolong service life.
• Independent temperature limit alarm system is an optional function, please buy if you need additional Safety protection.
• Avoid long-term operation in high temperature or humid environment to prevent equipment damage.
