Overview
YIHENG MJ-150-ⅱ mildew incubator is a thermostatic equipment specially used for mold and microbial fostering and preservation. It adopts environmentally friendly design, brand Compressor and circulating fan effectively reduce energy consumption and noise, and reduce cooling time by more than 40% compared with traditional equipment. It is suitable for scientific research, institutions and production departments in the fields of environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products, etc., and supports water body analysis, BOD determination, bacterial fostering, plant cultivation and breeding tests.

Principle
Mildew incubator precisely adjusts the temperature in the box through a microcomputer PID temperature controller, uses a brand Compressor and environmentally friendly refrigerant to achieve efficient refrigeration, and circulates the fan to control the air volume at three speeds to ensure uniform and stable temperature. The independent temperature limiting alarm system automatically interrupts the operation when the temperature is abnormal to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature through the microcomputer PID temperature controller, with a range of 15 to 45 degrees Celsius (humidification) or 10 to 45 degrees Celsius (no humidification).
3. Adjust the circulating fan speed to the appropriate gear to avoid excessive air volume.
4. For timing, set the Timer Range from 1 to 9999 minutes.
5. Place the sample on the shelf with adjustable spacing and start the equipment to foster.
6. Monitor temperature parameters, optional printer or computer to record data.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 30 ℃.
• Avoid using the humidification function outside the Humidity range of 60~ 85% RH.
• Independent temperature limit alarm system is optional, and manual monitoring of temperature safety is required when not configured.
• When adjusting the speed of the circulating fan, select the gear according to the characteristics of the sample to prevent volatilization.
• Regularly clean the liner to ensure hygiene.
• Optional parts such as multi-segment programmable controllers, printers, etc. need additional booking, and the delivery period may be extended.
