LANDTEK SRT-6100 Roughness Gauge is a special detection instrument for detecting the surface roughness of objects. It uses the needle tracing method to measure the asperity of objects. The stylus size is 10 microns, and the Ra and Rz values of asperity can be measured simultaneously. The instrument has a built-in High Accuracy Sensor, which is small in size and easy to carry. The SRT-6100 Roughness Gauge places the Sensor on the measured surface of the workpiece, and the internal driving mechanism drives the Sensor to slide along the measured surface at constant speed. The Sensor senses the measured surface roughness through the built-in stylus, and the asperity causes the stylus to shift, so that the Inductance of the Sensor Inductance coil changes, and an analog signal proportional to the measured surface roughness is generated at the output end of the phase sensitive rectifier. The signal is amplified and level converted into the data collection system. The DSP chip performs digital filtering and parameter calculation. The measurement results are displayed on the liquid crystal display, and can communicate with the PC to realize Data analysis and printing.
