Principle
The equipment collects the displacement data of the linear motion guide rail through the High Accuracy Grating measurement system, and performs precise measurement combined with the inductance measurement system to achieve accurate analysis of various surface parameters.

Steps
1. Install the stylus and adjust the direction of the table
2. Start the electrical control system and measurement software
3. Place the tested part and set the parameters
