Overview
The LANDTEK SRT-6223 sand blasting shot peening Roughness Gauge is an integrated surface roughness instrument with built-in Sensor, which is small in size and easy to carry. The instrument is designed and produced according to ASTM D4417 Method C and NACERP0287-95 standard methods. It can directly measure the surface peak-valley height. Measurement range is 0~ 800 microns, accuracy is +/- 5% or 5 μm. It uses Inductance principle measurement and can be connected to PC for data transmission, analysis and printing.
Features
1. High Accuracy Inductance Sensor
2. With functions such as average calculation, automatic shutdown, metric-to-inch conversion, etc
3. Connect PC to transmit data through USB data cable and RS-232 data cable and perform data output through Bluetooth
4. With a blue backlit LCD display
Principle
SRT-6223 Roughness Gauge uses the principle of Inductance for measurement, and directly makes accurate measurement of the peak-valley height of the surface through the built-in Sensor.
Applications
Shot peening sand blasting industry, printing industry, lame plating anti-corrosion industry
Standards
ASTM D4417 Method C, NACERP0287-95 Standard Method
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power supply
2. Select Measurement mode
3. Contact the Sensor with the surface to be measured for measurement
4. Read the display data
5. Data can be transferred via USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth connection to PC
6. Turn off the power after use
Notice
• Make sure the battery is fully charged before use
Sensors must be in full contact with the surface during measurement
• Avoid use in environments beyond Operating Conditions (Temperature 0~ 50 ° C, Humidity < 80% RH)
• Regularly Clean Sensors to Ensure Measurement accuracy
• Please remove the battery when not in use for a long time
