The Defelsko PosiTector 6000 N90S1 Coating thickness gauge is a cladding thickness gauge using eddy Current thickness measurement principle, with a 90 ° Probe and split structure design. The Probe is small in size, with a measurement port diameter of only 5mm, suitable for small workpieces or narrow measurement areas. Measurement range is 0~ 625 microns. The finger pinch part of the Probe is made of stainless steel, which has good abrasion resistance.

Principle
The Coating thickness gauge adopts the principle of eddy Current thickness measurement, which is suitable for non-ferrous metal substrates and nonconductive coating environments. The eddy Current is generated by Probe to measure Coating thickness.

Steps
1. Install 3 * AAA alkaline battery
2. Turn on the device power supply
3. Select the system language (Chinese or English)
4. Probes placed on nonconductive coatings of nonferrous metal substrates
5. Start measurement, can take more than 60 readings per minute
6. Use the statistics function to view measurement data
7. Connect to the computer via USB interface and manage data using the PosiSoft software suite
8. Measured values and screen images
