Principle
The Coating thickness gauge works based on the eddy Current principle, generating an alternating magnetic field through Probe, when Probe approaches the nonmagnetic metal substrate, the metal induced eddy current, eddy current size related to the Coating thickness, thereby accurately measuring the thickness of nonconductive coatings.

Steps
1. Install 3 * AAA alkaline battery
2. Open the device and select the language (Chinese or English) through Touchscreen.
3. Align N45S1 Probe to nonconductive coatings on nonferrous metal substrates for measurement
4. Read measurement results, the device automatically records data and supports statistical functions
5. Connect to the PC through the USB interface, use PosiSoft software to transfer data or update software
6. Save screen images or export measurement data as needed
