Overview
Defelsko Coating thickness gauge PosiTector 6000 NKS3 imported from the United States adopts the eddy Current thickness measurement principle, and is equipped with a special thick coating Probe measurement of larger thickness nonconductive coatings. Measurement range is 0~ 13mm. The instrument is an advanced storage thickness gauge, which can store 100,000 measurement data. Equipped with Positector analysis software, it supports USB data cable connection to computer to transmit data.

Principle
The Coating thickness gauge uses the eddy Current thickness measurement principle to measure the thickness of nonconductive coatings on non-ferrous metal substrates through a special Probe. The Probe generates an electromagnetic field, and the thickness value is accurately calculated according to the influence of the coating on the electromagnetic field.

Steps
1. Install 3 AAA alkaline batteries
2. Power on and select the system language (Chinese or English).
3. Use NKS3 Probe to align nonconductive coatings on nonferrous metal substrates for measurement
4. View measurement results and statistics through Touchscreen
5. Connect the computer with a USB data cable or Bluetooth, and transfer and store data through PosiSoft software

• Only for nonconductive coating measurements on non-ferrous metal substrates
• Ensure that the Probe is in vertical contact with the coating surface for accurate readings
• Regularly calibrate instruments using the STDP5 standard
• Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments
