Overview
The ZIBO KLS301 Automatic Micro Moisture Analyzer is a professional moisture analyzer using the Karl Fischer Coulometry principle. It meets relevant standards such as GB/T7600, has dual CPU control, 3.2-inch color LCD Touchscreen, Chinese menu operation, and integrates automatic measurement, calculation, storage and printing functions. It is suitable for accurate determination of trace moisture in samples.

Principle
The instrument is based on the Karl-Fischer Coulometry principle. In the electrolysis solution containing iodine, the water in the sample reacts with iodine in Basis Weight. The instrument accurately calculates the water content in the sample according to Faraday's law by measuring the electricity consumed by electrolysis to generate iodine.

Steps
1. Turn on and complete the instrument initialization and Reagent equilibrate.
2. According to the characteristics of the sample, choose the volumetric injection or weighing injection method.
3. Set relevant parameters and start measurement through Touchscreen or auxiliary buttons.
4. Electrochemical cell injection sample to be tested.
5. The instrument automatically performs titration, calculations, and displays the results.
6. You can choose to output the test report through the Built-in Printer.
Notice
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 0~ 45 ℃ and Humidity ≤ 80%.
• The power requirements are AC220V +/- 11V, 50Hz +/- 2.5Hz.
• Electrochemical cells and Electrodes are clean and connected correctly before use.
• Appropriate injection methods and parameters should be selected for different samples.
• Reagents are regularly maintained and replaced to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please pay attention to the measurement accuracy range of the instrument, the deviation is +/- 1μg when 3μg-1mg H2O, and +/- 0.3% when 1mg H2O or more (all without injection error).
