Overview
The DAQTECH DT-60 Furnace temperature tracker is a High Accuracy and High Stability furnace temperature test instrument, specially designed for brazing heat treatment temperature measurement. The instrument can follow the tested product through the Heat Treatment Furnace, track and monitor the furnace and product temperature throughout the process, generate a temperature Linear dispersion analysis report, help engineers grasp the temperature status, optimize process parameters, thereby improving production efficiency and product mass. The instrument is equipped with a powerful host computer software system, which can synchronize multi-dimensional data such as temperature, time, and product function.
Features
1. The analysis system has powerful functions, supporting oven temperature zone temperature and speed setting, time and slope calculation between any two points, maximum temperature and arrival time display, horizontal/vertical line analysis, data export to Excel, insert test point pictures, etc.
2. The thermometer has obvious hardware advantages, providing up to 8 Probe options, supporting standard voltage calibrating and cold node temperature correction, optional real-time wireless/wired data reception, and intelligent power-off data saving function.

Principle
The DT-60 Furnace temperature tracker senses the Ambient Temperature through its K-type Thermocouple Probe (6 channels in total), converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal, and collects and records it with High Accuracy. The instrument enters the Heat Treatment Furnace with the product, and continuously records the temperature data according to the preset sampling interval (adjustable from 0.5 seconds to 30 minutes). The collected data can be uploaded to the supporting host computer software through the USB interface. The software synchronously analyzes and processes parameters such as temperature and time, and generates visual temperature Linear dispersion and detailed test reports for process analysis and optimization.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Probe type according to the testing requirements and connect it.
2. Charge the instrument through the USB interface to ensure sufficient power.
3. Set parameters such as sampling interval, start mode (button, delay or temperature trigger).
4. Put the instrument and the tested product into the Heat Treatment Furnace together to start the test.
5. After the test is completed, connect the instrument to the host computer through the USB interface.
6. Use supporting software to download and analyze temperature data, and export reports or insert test point pictures.
7. The instrument memory data can be cleared through software to prepare for the next test.
Notice
• The temperature range of the instrument is -50 ° C to 1370 ° C, please do not use it in an over-limit temperature environment.
• Ambient Temperature between -20 ° C and 70 ° C when charging.
• The maximum operating temperature inside the instrument is 5 ° C, so pay attention to heat dissipation.
• Data will be automatically saved when the instrument is powered off, but it is recommended to back up important data regularly through software.
