Overview
The LEEB leeb220 Magnetoresistive Thickness Gauge is a magnetic Induction platings thickness detector produced by LEEB for nondestructive detection of the thickness of nonmagnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates, such as aluminum, chromium, tin, zinc, copper, rubber, paints, etc. The instrument adopts the F1 side head type, the measurement thickness range is 0~ 1250 microns, and it can store 500 Measured values. It has two functions of manual shutdown and automatic shutdown.

Principle
The thickness gauge adopts the principle of magnetic Induction, and realizes nondestructive measurement by detecting the thickness of nonmagnetic covering layer on magnetic metal substrate.

Notice
• Ensure that the substrate is a magnetic metal material
The covering layer must be made of non-magnetic material
• The minimum diameter of the measurement surface is φ 7mm
• The radius of curvature of the convex surface is not less than 1.5mm.
• The radius of curvature of the concave surface is not less than 9mm
• The thickness of the substrate is not less than 0.5mm.
• Operating temperature range 0~ 40 ℃
• relative humidity range of 20~ 90% RH
• Pay attention to the power undervoltage indication and replace the battery in time
