Overview
The LEEB leeb252 Coating thickness gauge is a dual-use thickness gauge with a built-in Probe integrated structure. Probe can automatically identify magnetic metal substrates and nonmagnetic metal substrates, accurately measure the thickness of the coating, the measurement accuracy is 1 micron, one-button operation, simple and convenient operation. The minimum curvature radius of the instrument for measurement is convex 1.5mm, concave 20mm, and the minimum area diameter for measurement is φ 10mm. It is suitable for operation in an environment with a temperature of 0~ 40 degrees Celsius and a temperature of 20%~ 90% Humidity.

Principle
The thickness gauge adopts magnetic Induction and eddy Current Measurement principles, which can automatically identify magnetic metal matrix and nonmagnetic metal matrix, and accurately measure the thickness of the covering layer.
