Overview
KAIRDA Coating thickness gauge NDT530 is a split structure design Coating thickness gauge, optional F1, N1, F10, F1 90 ° four different Probe measurement of different Coating thickness, of which F1 Probe is the measurement of iron, steel and other magnetic metal substrate on the thickness of the nonmagnetic cover.
Features
1. split structure design
2. Optional multiple Probes to adapt to different measurement needs
3. F1 Probe for nonmagnetic overlay thickness measurement on magnetic metal substrates
4. One and two point calibrating
Principle
F1 Probe uses magnetic Induction principle to measure Coating thickness, and determines Coating thickness by detecting the influence of nonmagnetic covering layer on magnetic metal substrate on magnetic field.
Applications
Coating thickness measurement of nonmagnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates such as iron and steel, lacquer, enamel, enamel, plastic and anode treatment
Steps
Select the F1 Probe
2. Perform one or two point calibrating
3. Probe placed on the measurement surface
4. Read the thickness value
Notice
Only for nonmagnetic overlay measurements on magnetic metal substrates
• Minimum measurement surface is F7mm
The minimum radius of curvature is 1.5mm.
• The thinnest substrate is 0.5mm.
• Measurement error range of +/- 3%
• Measurement range 0~ 1250μm
