Overview
The CHNSPEC CS-3000S Benchtop small hole glossmeter is an instrument designed for the measurement of complex surfaces and samples of different sizes. It is suitable for scenarios where the standard aperture Glossometer cannot be measured in the Encasement, Metal Processing, Automotive and Plastics industries. The instrument is particularly suitable for Gloss measurement of very small areas with an angular incidence of 60 °, up to a minimum measurement area of 2x3mm.
Features
1. Very small aperture measurement: 2 * 3mm measurement diameter, suitable for curved surfaces, irregular objects and plane specular gloss measurement
2. High Repeatability: Illuminant optimized design and dual optical path technology, using Japanese Sensor, American high-end op amp chip and processor chip to ensure stable measurement data
3. Multiple Measurement modes: Built-in simple and statistical modes, simple mode directly displays Glossiness data, statistical mode can perform Glossiness comparison and difference analysis
4. PC data management software: comes standard with powerful software that can transfer data via USB for analysis and print test reports
5, large capacity battery: use 6000mAH rechargeable lithium battery, can continuous measurement 50000 times
6. Easy to operate: equipped with a 5-inch large color screen, the interface is intuitive and clear
Principle
The instrument adopts 60 ° angle incident ray path design, and achieves accurate measurement of specular gloss on the sample surface by optimizing Illuminant and dual light path technology, combining Japanese Sensor, American high-end op amp chip and processor chip.
