Overview
The SMART SENSOR AR862A + Infrared Thermometer is a Portable contactless temperature measuring device for a wide Temperature range from -50 to 900 ° C with High Accuracy and Fast Response. It uses laser positioning and backlit display for easy operation and is suitable for a variety of industrial and living scenarios.
Features
1. Wide temperature range, covering -50~ 900 ℃; 2. High Accuracy measurement, resolution of 0.1 ℃; 3. Fast Response Time only 500ms; 4. Laser positioning function to improve measurement accuracy; 5. Backlight display and data locking function, easy to read; 6. Automatic shutdown and long Battery life design, energy saving and environmental protection; 7. Portable and lightweight, weight only 170g.
Principle
The Infrared Thermometer works on the principle of infrared radiation and converts infrared energy emitted by the surface of an object at a wavelength of 8 to 14 μm into a temperature reading. The object distance ratio of 12:1 ensures accurate measurement at the appropriate distance, and the emissivity can be adjusted from 0.1 to 1.0 to adapt to different material surface characteristics.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, HVAC systems, Electrical equipment maintenance, Food processing, Automotive maintenance, Medical assisted temperature measurement, Laboratory research, Household daily use
Steps
1. Install 2 1.5V AAA batteries; 2. Turn on the power switch; 3. Select the temperature unit (° C or ° F); 4. Use the laser to locate the target area; 5. Align the target and press the measurement button; 6. Read the temperature data on the display screen; 7. Use the data lock function to record the reading; 8. Turn off the power or wait for the automatic shutdown after use.
Notice
* Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity environment; * Ensure that the target surface is clean and unobstructed during measurement; * Do not direct the laser to the eyes to prevent damage; * Regularly check the battery power and replace it in time; * Store in a drying environment to avoid condensation; * Maintain a stable distance when using, follow the object distance ratio requirements; * Emissivity settings need to be adjusted according to material characteristics; * Non-medical equipment, not used for human core temperature measurement.
