Overview
KAIRDA NDT290S is a Portable Shore hardness gauge with printer. It adds the roll Hardness detection function on the basis of the general Leeb hardness tester. It is a Shore hardness gauge for rolls. It is a multi-functional type and can detect three Hardness values of cast iron rolls, forged steel rolls and cast steel rolls. The case is made of orange fully sealed metal shell, which is durable and has the advantages of anti-Impact and anti-electromagnetic interference. The high-contrast LCD screen can clearly and intuitively display the Hardness value reading of the measurement.

Principle
Hardness measurement is carried out by D-type High Accuracy Impact device, and the rebound signal generated after the impact device is in contact with the measured material is automatically converted into various Hardness values such as Shaw, Richter, Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers, so as to realize the automatic conversion of multiple Hardness standards for one measurement.

Steps
1, boot and indication software calibrate
