The SMART SENSOR AR63A Vibration Measuring Instrument is a Portable vibration measuring instrument with a Piezoelectric Shear Sensor for accurate measurement of Acceleration, Velocity and Displacement. With automatic range switching, backlit display and automatic shutdown, the instrument is suitable for vibration monitoring and analysis in industrial sites.

Principle
Measured values of Acceleration, Speed or Displacement are displayed on the LCD display after processing by the internal circuit. The instrument automatically selects the LO or HI mode according to the Frequency range to ensure Measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power switch
2. Select Measurement mode (Acceleration, Speed or Displacement)
3. Contact the Sensor with the surface of the measured object
4. Read the measurement value on the LCD display
5. Turn off the power after use or wait for automatic shutdown

• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, avoid using in over temperature environment
• Use 9V battery power supply, pay attention to replace the battery regularly
• Ensure that the Sensor is in full contact with the surface of the measured object during measurement
• Avoid Strong Impact or Vibration on Instruments
• Please remove the battery when not in use for a long time
