Overview
The AMITTARI AV-160P Pen Vibration Meter is a digital display pen vibration meter using a piezoelectric vibration Sensor and a high-performance accelerometer. The product complies with the international standard ISO 2954 and can display Acceleration, Speed and Displacement parameters simultaneously. Measuring accuracy is +/- 10% + 2 words. It is suitable for periodic motion measurement to detect imBalances and deviations of moving machinery. It is specially designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations. It provides data for quality control, running time and equipment maintenance.
Features
1. Acceleration, speed and displacement parameters can be displayed at the same time
2. Frequency range, in Acceleration mode, Frequency up to 10-10KHz
3. Metric to British conversion and MAX Maximum hold function
4. Select high-performance accelerometers for accurate and reproducible measurement
5. Use USB data cable output and RS-232 data cable output to communicate with PC
6. Provide Bluetooth data output selection
7. Designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations, providing data for quality control, running time and equipment maintenance
8. Compliant with international standard ISO2954 for periodic motion measurement to detect imBalances and deviations in moving machinery
Principle
The AV-160P Pen Vibration Sensor uses Piezoelectric Vibration Sensor, which converts mechanical vibration into electrical signal through high-performance accelerometer, and displays three parameters of Acceleration, Speed and Displacement in digital form after processing, so as to realize periodic motion measurement.
Applications
Mechanical vibration measurement, periodic motion measurement, moving machinery imBalance detection, moving machinery deviation detection, quality control, equipment maintenance
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device
2. Select Measurement mode (Acceleration, Speed or Displacement)
3. Touch the Sensor to the Measured Object
4. Read the measurement data on the display
5. Use USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth to communicate with the PC to transfer data
6. Switch metric and inch units as needed or use the MAX Maximum hold function
Notice
• Operating temperature range 0~ 50 ℃
• relative humidity should be less than 90% RH
Make sure the Sensor is in good contact with the object being measured
• Regularly check the battery level
Avoid use in extreme environments
• Measurement range and Frequency suitability before use
