Overview
The SMART SENSOR AR63C vibration meter is a vibration meter designed with quartz crystal and artificial polarized ceramic (PZT) piezoelectric effect, also known as vibration meter vibration analyzer or vibration pen. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, electric power, metallurgical vehicles and other fields.

Principle
Based on the piezoelectric effect principle of quartz crystal and artificially polarized ceramics (PZT), the piezoelectric material will generate corresponding electrical signals when subjected to mechanical vibration.

Steps
1. Install 2 * 1.5AAA batteries
2. Select the corresponding Measurement mode and Frequency range
3. Probe the vibration meter to the surface of the measured object
4. Read the measurement data on the LCD display
5. Shut down in time after use or wait for automatic shutdown
Notice
• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, beyond this range may affect Measurement accuracy
• Regularly check the battery level to ensure measurement accuracy
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments
• Probe in good contact with the surface of the measured object during measurement
• Please remove the battery when not in use for a long time
• Avoid severe impacts and drops to prevent damage to internal piezoelectric components
