The KAIRDA KS100 Standard Probe is a Sensor accessory designed for KAIRDA Roughness Gauge for the measurement of asperity on planar and cylindrical surfaces. It is suitable for the measurement of the inner surface of the hole with a minimum aperture of 5mm and a maximum depth of 22mm.
Features
1, measurement of plane and cylindrical surface roughness
2. Suitable for hole surface measurement with a minimum aperture of 5mm and a maximum depth of 22mm
Principle
The KS100 standard Probe, as the Sensor component of Roughness Gauge, detects the surface profile of the workpiece through the contact Measurement mode, and converts the surface roughness signal into an electrical signal and transmits it to the host for analysis and processing.
Connect the KS100 standard Probe to the KAIRDA Roughness Gauge host
2, according to the measurement needs to select the plane, cylinder or hole surface Measurement mode
3. Probe contact with the surface to be measured for measurement
4. Read and record measurement results
Notice
• Make sure that the aperture is not less than 5mm when measuring the inner surface of the hole
• The depth of the measurement hole shall not exceed 22mm
• Can be used with extension rod or adapter rod as needed
