Principle
Measurement and transfer of coatings is achieved by the Metering rod's surface precision machined Linear dispersion. Steps
1. Fix the substrate to be Spreader flat.
2. Pour or apply an appropriate amount of paint to one end of the substrate.
3. Hold both ends of the Metering rod and place the end of the rod with Linear dispersion smoothly in front of the paint.
4. At a uniform speed and appropriate pressure, push or pull the Metering rod to the other end, so that the paint is evenly Spreader.
5. After the Spreader is completed, immediately clean the surface of the Metering rod with a suitable solvent.
