Principle

Steps
1. Ensure that the surface of Metering rod and substrate to be Spreader is clean and drying.
2. Pour an appropriate amount of the paint to be tested on one end of the substrate.
3. Holding both ends of the Metering rod, scrape or roll the Metering rod from the paint to the other end at a uniform speed and appropriate pressure.
4. After Spreader is completed, clean the surface of Metering rod thoroughly with suitable solvent and store it properly.
