Principle
The Metering rod uses a specific concave-convex wavy Linear dispersion (corresponding to 60 μm wet film thickness) precisely machined on its surface by cold extrusion technology to transfer and control the Spreader liquid. Steps
1. Pour or drop the liquid to be Spreader onto one end of the substrate.
2. Place the grooved side of the Metering rod facing the liquid.
3. Pressure evenly with your hands and push the Metering rod to the other end at a constant speed to spread the liquid evenly.
4. Lift Metering rod to complete Single Spreader.
