YONGCHAOMT D10-YC010-L400mm Experimental Spreader Metering rod is a long bar manufactured by an innovative process. Principle
The Metering rod transfers and controls the Spreader fluid using the precise irregularities and wavy Linear dispersion formed on its surface by cold extrusion technology. During the Spreader process, the rod body rolls or scrapes on the surface of the substrate, and the surface Linear dispersion structure can precisely define and leave a wet-film of a specific Film thickness. The principle is the same as the traditional wire-wound drawdown bar, but the structure is more stable and accurate.

Steps
1. According to the required wet film thickness, refer to the model selection table to select the appropriate bar model.
2. Ensure that the bar and the surface of the substrate to be Spreader are clean.
3. Place an appropriate amount of Spreader liquid on the front end of the substrate.
4. Hold both ends of the bar (45mm in each hand width) and roll or scrape on the substrate with uniform speed and pressure.
5. After the Spreader is completed, use the appropriate solvent to clean the bar surface in time.
