Principle
The Metering rod uses a precision wavy Linear dispersion structure integrally formed on its surface by cold extrusion technology to control the transfer amount of Spreader liquid. Steps
1. Select the appropriate Metering rod model according to the desired wet film thickness (20μm).
2. Ensure that the surface of Metering rod and substrate to be Spreader is clean and drying.
3. Pour or apply an appropriate amount of paint to the starting end of the substrate.
4. Hold both ends of the Metering rod (hand-held area) and smoothly scrape the rod body across the paint area at constant speed and pressure.
5. After the Spreader is completed, thoroughly clean the surface of the Metering rod with a suitable solvent immediately.

• Maintain uniform speed and stable pressure during operation to ensure uniform film.
