YONGCHAOMT D10-YC050-L400mm Experimental Spreader Metering rod is a 400mm long bar with cold extrusion technology to process wavy Linear dispersion on the surface of the steel rod for Spreader function. Its effective film width is 310mm, wet film thickness is 50μm, rod diameter is 10mm, made of 304 stainless steel and chrome plated surface preparation.
Features

Principle

Steps
1. According to the required wet film thickness, refer to the model selection table to select the appropriate Metering rod model.
2. Install or hold the Metering rod on the Spreader device or manual Spreader rack.
3. Ensure that the surface of the Metering rod is clean and drying.
4. Place an appropriate amount of paint on the front end of the substrate or in front of the Metering rod.
5. Push or pull the Metering rod at uniform speed and pressure to spread the film formation on the substrate.
6. Spreader is completed, timely cleaning Metering rod surface.
