Overview
YONGCHAOMT D10-YC0100-L400mm Experimental Spreader Metering rod is a long bar manufactured by an innovative process. It processes concave and convex wavy Linear dispersion on the surface of the steel rod through precision die cold extrusion technology, replacing the traditional way of winding steel wire, effectively avoiding the problem of loose and broken steel wire. The length of the wire rod is 400mm, the effective film width is 310mm, the wet film thickness is 100μm, and the surface is plated with high hardness hard chrome, which is wear-resistant, durable and easy to clean.
Features
1. Linear dispersion of the surface is processed by cold extrusion technology, without winding the steel wire, to prevent the risk of loosening or breaking the steel wire.

Principle
The Spreader Metering rod performs the same Measurement and Transfer function as the conventional winding steel bar in the Spreader process through the concave-convex wavy Linear dispersion precisely machined on the surface of the steel bar. When the rod body rolls on the substrate, the Linear dispersion structure on the surface can precisely control and transfer the coating, thereby forming a wet-film with a specific film thickness.

Steps
1. According to the required wet film thickness, refer to the model selection table to select the appropriate bar model.
2. Ensure that the bar and the surface of the substrate to be Spreader are clean.
3. Place an appropriate amount of paint on one end of the substrate.
4. Hold both ends of the bar and roll smoothly on the substrate at uniform speed and pressure to complete the Spreader.
5. Clean the bar surface with a suitable solvent immediately after use and store it properly.
Notice
• Before use, make sure the bar type matches the desired wet film thickness.
• When operating, please hold both ends of the bar (hold the width area) and avoid touching the Spreader area.
• After use, it should be cleaned thoroughly in time to prevent coating residue curing.
• When cleaning, it is recommended to use a soft cloth and a suitable solvent to avoid scratching the surface with hard objects.
• Please avoid bumping when storing to protect the surface precision structure.
