The DGC DHT-100 Leeb hardness tester is a compact Portable hardness tester with an LCD screen. It is designed based on the Richter principle for hardness detection of metal materials and is suitable for a variety of environments. The instrument comes standard with a D-type Impact device with an automatic shutdown function, which can store up to 1250 sets of measurement data, and can be used to measure different hardness materials through different Impact devices. The digital display is easy to operate.
1. Adopts a wrist structure and is equipped with a Chinese operation menu. Equipped with a 128 x 64 backlit LCD display. 3. A total of 6 impact devices, D, DC, DL, D + 15, C, and G, can be selected. 4, automatic calculation of measurement average value, support Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shore hardness value conversion. It has the ability to store 1250 sets of data. 6. Equipped with RS232C digital interface, optional micro printer. 7. Built-in real-time clock.
The DHT-100 Leeb hardness tester works based on the Richter hardness measurement principle. It ejects a small Impact body onto the surface of the material to be tested through the Impact device, and measures the ratio of the rebound velocity of the Impact body to the Impact velocity at a distance of 1 mm from the surface of the sample. This ratio is the Richter hardness value. The internal processor of the instrument converts this value into the hardness standard commonly used in Miscellaneous (such as Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shore) and displays it.
Metal material hardness testing
1. Press the switch button to start the instrument. 2. Enter the settings through the menu/confirm button and select the correct material, Impact device type and measurement direction. 3. Press the Impact device vertically on the surface of the tested material and press the release button on the Impact device for measurement. 4. Read the hardness value displayed on the LCD screen. 5. Use the Select/Single Print key to print the current data, and use the Read key to view the historical storage data. 6. After the measurement is completed, the instrument will automatically shut down after 2 minutes of no operation, or manually press the switch button to shut down.
• Please set the instrument parameters (material, Impact device type, orientation) correctly according to the material being tested before use. • Impact device should be perpendicular to the measured surface and pressed tightly during measurement. • The instrument should be used at the allowable operating temperature (-20 ° C~ + 40 ° C). • When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery. Do not use and store in humid, dusty or strong electromagnetic interference environment. • Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy. • When the battery is low, please replace it in time to ensure the measurement accuracy and the normal operation of the instrument.
