LB-KZY100 Sheet Tensile Strength Tester is a LABO brand product, used for the measurement of Tensile Strength performance indicators of paper and Cardboard, including Tension Resistance, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Break Length, Tensile Energy Absorption, Tensile Index, Tensile Energy Absorption Index. The instrument automatically calculates and prints the test results, adopts the international general vertical tensile Measuring method, which has the characteristics of test sensitivity, high Measurement accuracy, accuracy and reliability, ergonomic design, and intuitive user interface.

Principle
The testing machine adopts international universal Vertical Tensile Measuring method, drives precision ball screw drive through High Accuracy Force Sensor and stepper motor, applies tensile force to paper, Cardboard and other thin sheet materials, automatically measures and calculates tensile resistance, elongation and other performance indicators, and the results are output through the printer.

Steps
1. Preset clip distance and Test speed.
2. Install the specimen between the upper and lower chucks.
3. Start the test, the instrument automatically completes the tensile measurement.
4. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the test results.
5. Use a micro printer to output test data.

• The spacing between the upper and lower collets can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 10 to 200mm, and the commonly used spacing includes 50mm, 90mm, 100mm, 180mm, and 200mm.
