Overview

The water absorption meter LB-XS200 is a LABO brand product. Principle

The water absorption meter works based on the principle of "Krem method", by immersing the lower end of a vertically suspended specimen in water and measuring the capillary liquid absorption height after a specific time (e.g. 10 min +/- 10 s) to evaluate the liquid absorption performance of paper and Cardboard.

Steps

Prepare the sample with a size of 250 * 15mm. 2. Hang the specimen vertically and immerse the lower end in water. 3. Select and set the suction time, e.g. 10min +/- 10s. 4. Use the ruler to measure the capillary suction height after a certain time, and the ruler Graduation is 1mm. 5. 10 samples can be measured simultaneously, using 5 rulers for measurement.
