Overview
CCYONGXIN ZXK-200 paper water absorption tester is a special equipment for measuring the liquid absorption height of unsizing paper and Cardboard capillaries. The instrument consists of a base, a pillar, a beam, a horizontal plate, a ruler, a handle and a sink, and the eccentric mechanism is driven by the rotating handle to realize the smooth lifting of the ruler.

Principle
The instrument is driven by the eccentric mechanism to lift the ruler, so that the sample is immersed in water to a depth of 5mm. Calculate the water absorption performance by measuring the capillary suction height of the sample within 10 minutes +/- 3 seconds. Accurate to 1mm when reading the height of the suction wetting line, if the wetting line is inclined or bent, the result is read according to the average height.

Unsizing Paper and Cardboard Capillary Absorption Height Determination
Steps
1. Turn the eccentric handle to reduce the ruler to the lowest position
2. Fill the sink with water and adjust the foot to make the ruler contact the water at zero point
3. Turn the handle to raise the ruler to the highest position
4. Lay the specimen flat, scribe at 205mm from the end, and clip 10 specimens on the horizontal plate
5. Turn the handle to reduce the ruler to the lowest position, the sample is 5mm deep into the water, and the timing measurement is started
6. Read the suction height accurately to 1mm, and read it according to the average height when the wetting line is inclined
7. Adjust the sample immersion length as needed and specify in the report
Notice
• Not suitable for paper and Cardboard with a capillary height of less than 5mm within 10 minutes
• The ruler and the horizontal plate should be kept in a vertical position
The five scale zeros should be online at the same level
• Eccentric wheel lifting mechanism should be kept flexible and easy to operate
• The sample clip should firmly clamp the sample
• After the test, the instrument should be wiped clean and protected by a cover
• Regularly inject lubricating oil between shafts, sleeves and positioning keys and grooves
