Overview
RK bar model K202.10.2 is used for Spreader's precise, repeatability surface coatings on most substrates, with a wet film thickness of 12 μm. By wrapping precision drawn stainless steel wire onto a stainless steel rod to form a pattern with grooves of the same shape, the wet film thickness is accurately controlled by the size of these grooves. The UK RK Coater K202 Spreader has an area of 325x250mm. This Coater bar is dedicated to KPA Coaters.

Principle
A pattern with grooves of the same shape is formed by wrapping a precision drawn stainless steel wire onto a stainless steel rod. When Spreader, the coating passes through these grooves, the size of which accurately controls the wet film thickness, achieving a precise, repeatability surface coating.
