Overview
LD6182 Electron Microscope (EM) is a Portable Electron Microscope (EM) imported by TQC in the Netherlands. It adopts a unique Optical inspection design combined with the advantages of USB digital camera and is equipped with LED lighting precision Optical inspection technology. It has the characteristics of small size, convenient portability, cheap price and simple operation. It is specially suitable for analyzing coating failures, defects and pretreatment mass problems by connecting to the PC. The Microscope has 8 adjustable luminances integrated with white LED lights to ensure clear and non-reflective vision, magnification of 20 to 200 times, observation of surface fine structure, and special software for editing and video production, supporting measurement of sample length, width, height and radius angle.

Principle
The LD6182 Electron Microscope (EM) connects directly to the PC via the USB interface and uses dedicated software for image acquisition and analysis. Its Optical inspection system combines LED lighting to provide a clear and non-reflective visual experience with a magnification of 20 to 200 times to capture surface microstructures. Software supports image editing, video making and measurement functions for rapid inspection.

Steps
Connect the LD6182 USB Microscope to the computer via the USB interface
2. Put the CD in the CD player of the computer
3. Install Electron Microscope (EMS) driver
4. Install Microscope Acquisition Software
5. Start the micro-acquisition software

Notice
LD6182 Electron Microscope (EM) is designed to be robust, but it is a precision machining machine and cannot be dropped or knocked
• Clean the Electron Microscope (EMS) promptly after use
Use a dry soft cloth for cleaning, do not use wire brush or corrosion paper to avoid long-term damage to Electron Microscope (EM)
Do not use compressed air cleaners to clean USB Microscopes
• Electron Microscope (EM) LD6182 should be placed in Encasement when not in use
• Do not expose to strong light
• Avoid use in too high or too low temperature environments
• Prevent moisture
• Adjust any electronic component with the LD6182 Electron Microscope (EM) powered off
