Overview
BM-20APH trinocular UIS phase contrast microscope adopts UIS infinity Optical inspection technology, which is highly scalable and can be equipped with vertical lighting devices, fluorescent devices and other auxiliary equipment. Widely used in histology, biology, bacteriology, pathology, chemistry and other research fields, as well as teaching work and analytical experiments in Universities & colleges. This instrument adopts electric light source, luminance can be continuously adjusted, compared with chain triocular barrel, 30 ° tilt, 360 degrees free rotation.
Features
1. UIS infinity Optical inspection technology, scalability, can be equipped with vertical lighting devices, fluorescent devices and other auxiliary equipment.
2. The luminance of the electric light source can be continuously adjusted, and it can be tilted 30 ° compared with the chain-type three-eyepiece barrel, which can rotate 360 degrees freely.
3. Standard configuration includes flat-field eyepiece, infinity flat-field color difference elimination objective and infinity flat-field phase contrast objective, with magnification covering 4X to 100X.
4. The phase contrast device includes a BF and DF phase contrast condenser with a variable light bar with a dark field of view, and the condenser is an N.A.1.25 adjustable medium Abemin field condenser with a variable light bar.
5. The focusing device is 30mm coarse fretting coaxial focusing with limit, coarse fretting focusing tension locking device, and the fine-tuning grid value is 0.002mm.
6. The light source is 6V/20W halogen lamp, Kohler lighting, adjustable luminance.
Principle
The BM-20APH Microscope works on the UIS Infinity Optical inspection system and enables magnified observation through a combination of objective and eyepiece. Phase contrast technology uses optical path difference to enhance the contrast ratio of transparent samples, condensers and variable light bars to adjust lighting, and Kohler illumination provides a uniform ray of light. Focusing devices allow for precise focusing, and the electric light source luminance is adjustable to suit different observation needs.
Applications
Histology, biology, bacteriology, pathology, chemistry
Steps
1. Turn on the power and adjust the luminance of the light source.
2. Place the sample on the stage and use the coarse fretting focusing device to focus.
3. Select the objective lens and eyepiece combination as needed, and adjust the pupil distance.
4. Use phase contrast devices and condensers to optimize observation results.
5. After the observation is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• When using the oil mirror, add an appropriate amount of mirror oil to avoid bubbles.
• Avoid contact between the objective lens and the sample when focusing to prevent damage.
• Optical inspection components are cleaned regularly to maintain equipment performance.
• Pay attention to the temperature of the light source during operation to avoid burns.
