Overview
The BM-20APHD computer phase contrast biological microscope adopts UIS infinity Optical inspection technology, which has the characteristics of strong scalability and can be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as vertical lighting devices and fluorescent devices. It is widely used in research fields such as chemistry and teaching work and analytical experiments in Universities & colleges. The instrument adopts electric light source, the luminance can be continuously adjusted, and it is tilted at 30 ° compared with the chain-type three-eyeliner barrel, which can rotate 360 degrees freely.

Principle
The microscope uses the UIS Infinity Optical inspection system to achieve a magnification of 40X-1600X through the combination of objective and ocular lens. The phase contrast device uses BF and DF phase contrast condensers with phase contrast objectives to enhance the contrast ratio of transparent samples through the principle of optical path difference. The computer imagery system collects images through digital CMOS cameras and cooperates with geometric measurement analysis software for accurate measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and adjust the luminance of the light source
2. Place the sample on the stage
3. Adjust pupil distance and eyepiece angle
4. Use coarse fretting coaxial focusing device for focusing

6. Connect computer imagery system for image acquisition and measurement
