Overview
The FARUI FR-1220 Ventilated Aging Testing Machine is a device for material aging testing. The size of the inner box is 600 × 850 × 800mm, and the size of the outer box is 1100 × 1710 × 1370mm. The box is made of stainless steel liner and SECC steel plate outer box, equipped with Glass windows and fluorescent lamps for easy observation of the products in the box. The device has precise temperature control and ventilation functions, which is suitable for a variety of aging test scenarios.
Features
1. The inner box is made of 1.0mm stainless steel plate, the outer box is treated with SECC steel plate paint, and the thermal insulation material is 80mm thick imported rock wool, which has a good thermal insulation effect.
2. Equipped with speed control motor and dynamic test turntable, Rotation speed adjustable 1~ 10rpm, detachable design.

Principle
Ventilation-type aging tester precisely adjusts the temperature through a PID microcomputer controller, and uses a screw heater with a heat sink for heating, Temperature Uniformity +/- 1.5 ° C. The device has a built-in ventilation system, and the ventilation volume is controlled by a manual fine-tuning cone air volume adjuster to simulate the aging environment at the set temperature. The dynamic test turntable is driven by a speed-regulating motor, and the Rotation speed is adjustable to achieve uniform aging testing of the product.

Steps
1. Place the device in a fixed position and use movable casters and fixed feet for positioning.
2. Open the box door and place the test product on the dynamic test turntable.
3. Close the box door and set the temperature, time and ventilation parameters through the controller.
4. Start the equipment, the heating system starts to work, and the turntable swirls/spins according to the set Rotation speed.
5. Observe the situation in the box through the Glass window and fluorescent lamp, and adjust the parameters if necessary.
6. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops heating and the product is taken out for analysis.
Notice
• Avoid opening doors frequently when the equipment is running to prevent temperature fluctuations from affecting the test results.
• Regularly check the high temperature protection and overcurrent protection system to ensure that the safety function is normal.
• Adjustment of air exchange rate should be carried out after the temperature is stable to avoid affecting the Temperature Uniformity.
• Power supply voltage is 220V single phase 50/60Hz, current does not exceed 27A.
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning the inner box to avoid scratching the stainless steel surface.
• When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply and keep the equipment drying.
