Overview
The Netherlands TQC Impact Tester SP1890 is a direct impact type impact tester, suitable for testing the impact performance of paint films in paints, coatings and other industries. The equipment complies with the international standard ISO 6272-1, and the maximum test plate thickness that can be tested is 125mm.

Principle
Impact film through heavy hammer drop, resulting in film coating deformation, cracking or disbonding from the test plate, so as to determine the anti-impact performance of the film coating.

Steps
1. Check whether the SP1890 Impact Tester is placed horizontally, whether all parts are installed correctly, and select the appropriate diameter punch
2. Press the test plate with the compression handle on the side
3. Gently lower the weight to the punch and adjust the catheter. The 0 scale on the catheter should be kept level with the bracket where the weight falls.
4. Make sure that the punch can be raised by pressing the red button, and the drop weight can slide freely on the duct
5. Adjust the height limit ring and adjust the weight to the corresponding scale line in the catheter according to the required height of the test
6. Raise the drop weight and lock it with release pliers
7. Raise the drop hammer to the starting position and press the red button to release the test sample
8. Check the coating cracking of the test sample
9. According to experimental requirements, repeability test
