Overview
The HBA-1 digital display Pap hardness gauge is a Cang type hardness gauge designed and developed by the AMITTARI brand. It is equipped with an equilibrate positioning device, a Hardness value digital display device, and a removable Hardness value calibrate adjustment device. It has the characteristics of good Stability, convenient calibrating, and high detection accuracy. It is mainly used in the aluminum processing industry to test pure aluminum, softer aluminum alloys, thicker aluminum alloys, Aluminum Panel belts, Aluminum profiles, aluminum rods, aluminum castings, aluminum forgings and aluminum alloy products, and can also be used in the Glass industry.
Features
1. With MAX Maximum Hold function, record the maximum Hardness value during measurement.
2. Compact design, lightweight, one-handed operation, one pressure can be used, no experience required, as long as it is within reach, it can be used in any occasion.
3. Pap Hardness measurement, Miscellaneous Hardness can be calculated by experimental Linear dispersion, can calculate the material's brinell hardness value (HB), Vickers Hardness value (HV), Wechsler Hardness value (HW), rockwell hardness value (HRB/HRE/HRF/HRH).
4. Provide Bluetooth data output selection.
The test range is wide, from very soft pure aluminum to particularly hard aluminum alloy can be tested, the effective test range is equivalent to brinell hardness 25~ 150HB.
6. No support required, the Pasteur hardness gauge is only tested on one side of the sample without support, suitable for testing oversized workpieces.
Principle
The HBa-1 digital display Pap hardness gauge is a Cedar type hardness gauge, which tests the Hardness value of materials through Cedar, and is equipped with an equilibrate positioning device and a Hardness value digital display device to achieve accurate measurement.
Applications
Aluminum Processing Industry, Glass Industry
Standards
ASTM B648-00 "Barker hardness gauge measurement of aluminum alloy Hardness test method", ASTM HD 2583-07 "Barker hardness gauge measurement of hard plastics", GB/T 3854-2005 "Reinforced plastics Barker Hardness test method"
Steps
1. One hand operation hardness gauge.
2. Press the hardness gauge against the surface of the specimen.
3. Read the Hardness value displayed by the digital display device.
