Overview
AMITTARI AS-120 series Shore Shore Durometer is mainly used to measure the Cedar Hardness of materials, and provides eight models (including AS-120-OO) corresponding to different measurement probes, which can meet the needs of users for Hardness measurement of different objects.
Features
1. Integrated design, small size and light weight.
2. With MAX Maximum latch, under-voltage alarm indication function, automatic shutdown and manual shutdown function.
3. Use USB data cable output to communicate with PC.
4. Provide Bluetooth data output selection.
5. When the battery voltage is lower than the specified value, it is automatically indicated.
6. Numbers show, ignoring the difference.
7. Metric/imperial unit conversion, with average calculation function.
8. Automatic shutdown and manual shutdown.
9. Using computer technology, digital filtering technology and other professional technologies, accurate measurement of material thickness.
10. Using optional RS232C software and cables, it can communicate with PC computers for functions such as data collection, processing, analysis and printing.
Principle
Shore Shore Durometer by pressing the needle into the surface of the material, measurement Cang Hardness, using different scales and probes to adapt to the hardness testing of various materials.
Applications
Rubber, plastics, thermal plasticity plastics, thermal plasticity resilience, sponges, foams, Spinning & weaving spindles, human and animal tissues
Standards
GB/T 531-1999、GB/T 2411-80、DIN53505、ISO868、ISO7619、ASTMD2240、JIS K7215
Steps
1. Select the appropriate type of hardness gauge and probe.
2. Turn on the device to ensure that the battery voltage is normal.
3. Apply pressure to the surface of the material under test by aligning the crimp.
4. Read the Hardness Value, Average or MAX Maximum on the LCD display.
5. Use USB, RS232C or Bluetooth to output data to the PC for further processing.
6. Manual shutdown or wait for automatic shutdown after use.
Notice
* Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is 0~ 40 ℃, Humidity is less than 90% RH.
* Regularly check the battery voltage to avoid undervoltage affecting Measurement accuracy.
* Choose the correct model and probe according to the material type, e.g. AS-120-OO is suitable for very soft rubbers, plastics and sponges, etc.
* Optional accessories such as standard Hardness sheets are used for calibrating to ensure measurement errors do not exceed 1H.
* Avoid use in extreme environments to prevent equipment damage.
