1. Classic Lab Conductivity Meter with large LCD backlit display.
2.1 to 3 point button calibrated to automatically identify Conductivity detector standard solution.
3. Optional Electrode constant (K = 0.1/1/10), or custom input.
4. Automatic temperature compensation to ensure accurate measurement within the full range.
5. Automatic end point locking, keeping stable measurement values for easy browsing or recording.
6. Built-in system menu, can customize the number of calibrated points, temperature units, data locking mode, shutdown mode and other 6 function parameters.
7. One-click reset (Reset), automatically restore the meter to the factory default settings.
Principle
Conductivity detector Electrode measurement of the conductivity of the solution, the principle is based on the conductive ability of ions in the solution under the action of electric field. During measurement, the meter automatically or manually performs temperature compensation, using the standardized temperature (25 ° C) as a reference to eliminate the influence of temperature on conductivity measurement, so as to obtain an accurate conductivity value.
Applications
Water quality analysis, research and education, environment monitoring and chemical industry, other industrial applications
Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on.
2. According to the measurement requirements, select the appropriate Conductivity detector Electrode and connect it to the meter.
3. Enter the system menu and set the number of calibrated points, temperature units, data locking mode and other parameters as needed.
4. Use the corresponding Conductivity detector standard solution for 1 to 3 point calibrating.
5. Electrode is immersed in the solution to be tested, and the instrument automatically performs temperature compensation and measurement.
6. After the measurement value is stable, the data can be recorded manually or through the automatic end point locking function.
Notice
• Conductivity detector calibrate with the specified standard solution to ensure measurement accuracy.
• According to the conductivity range of the solution to be tested, select the appropriate Electrode constant (K value).
• Make sure the Electrode is fully immersed in the solution during measurement and avoid bubble attachment.
• The meter supports automatic temperature compensation and can also be manually set as required.
• Clean the Electrode immediately after use and store it properly.
• The meter can be restored to factory settings with one-click reset function.
