Overview
AMITTARI AM-128PS needle induction dual-use wood moisture meter adopts split structure design, equipped with needle and induction two Sensors, the moisture measurement range is 0~ 80% and 0~ 70%. This multi-functional instrument can be widely used in wood, bamboo products, cotton, wood, paper, construction, soil and other nonconductive substances moisture measurement.

Principle
The moisture meter measures Moisture content by inserting the needle Sensor into the inside of the object to be measured or sensing the sensor to contact the surface of the object. The instrument automatically adjusts the Measurement parameter according to the selected material code, and calculates the moisture percentage by measuring the conductivity change of the object by the resistance method. The result is displayed by the LCD display screen and the LED status indicator.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Measurement mode (needle or induction)
2. Select the corresponding measurement code according to the tested material
3. Contact or insert the Sensor into the measured object
4. Press the measurement button for measurement
5. Read the value on the LCD display and the Color of the LED status indicator
6. Data can be transmitted through RS232C interface or Bluetooth connection to PC
Notice
• Due to the uneven distribution of moisture in the measured object, the measurement results on different sides of the same object may be different
• The insertion depth of needle measurement directly affects the measurement result. The deeper the depth, the greater the moisture value. It is necessary to keep the insertion depth consistent
• During inductive measurement, the smooth surface of the material needs to be pressed lightly, and the rough surface needs to be slightly forced
• When there are water droplets or dirt on the surface of the material, it needs to be wiped clean before measurement
• No hands and metal within 50mm below the Sensor, otherwise it will cause measurement errors
