MS7100TS Wood Moisture Analyzer is a professional measuring instrument of TSINGTAO TOKY brand, which is mainly used for the measurement of moisture content of various wood products such as veneer, sheet, veneer, etc. The instrument is designed with a needle-free Sensor, which can accurately measure without destroying the veneer. Precision measurement is high and the performance is stable. It is suitable for furniture manufacturing, floor manufacturing, musical instrument manufacturing, architectural decoration, automobile and aircraft interiors, handicrafts and other industries.

Principle
Conductivity detector is used for moisture measurement, combined with temperature compensation technology. Sensor design without needle can quickly and accurately detect moisture content without destroying veneer.

Steps
1. Prepare the instrument and ensure that the power supply is sufficient (using 4 AA batteries).
2. Bring the instrument to the measurement site.
3. Align the Needleless Sensor with the veneer or sheet surface to be tested.
4. Start the measurement, the instrument responds and displays the moisture content value within 1 second.
5. Read the measurement results on the backlit LCD screen, and use the MAX Maximum hold function to record data.
6. After the measurement is completed, the instrument may automatically shut down to save power.
Notice
• Ensure that the environment temperature is in the range of -10 ℃~ 60 ℃, the environment humidity is 5~ 85% and no condensation.
• Avoid use in strong interference environments to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Regularly check the battery power to prevent measurement due to insufficient power.
• Clean the Sensor in time after use to keep the instrument in good condition.
