UK RK KHC.10.9 (No. 9) Applicator rod is a brown glue head wire-wound coating rod with a film thickness of 120 microns. This product is suitable for inks, plastics, Coating, plastics and other industries. It is used for wet-film of specific thickness of Spreader, and can perform film hiding power, color, drying, adhesion and other performance tests.

Principle
The RK wire-wound coating rod inherits the traditional Mayer Rod Spreader principle, and controls the preparatory wet film thickness by wrapping different diameter wires on the rod body. As the coating rod moves on the surface of the substrate, the wire gap determines the thickness of the Spreader material, resulting in accurate wet-film Spreader.
