Overview
JX-2000A Particle image analyzer is an instrument for powder particle size morphology analysis. By combining OpticalMicroscopy, USB camera and special image analysis software, it realizes intuitive observation and accurate measurement of particle morphology. The system is composed of OpticalMicroscopy, USB camera, image analysis software, computer and printer. It can provide distribution data and images such as particle number, area, circumference, diameter, volume, aspect ratio, and short diameter ratio, and supports D10, D50, D90, D97, average particle size, surface area and other data distribution charts. The test results can be displayed, saved and printed.
Features

Principle
After the sample is enlarged by OpticalMicroscopy, the particle morphology image is captured by the USB camera and transmitted to the computer, and the user can directly observe the particle morphology of the powder. The distribution data and images such as the number, area, circumference, diameter, volume, length-diameter ratio, and short-diameter ratio of the particles are calculated and analyzed through proprietary image analysis software, and the data distribution charts of D10, D50, D90, D97, average particle size, and surface area are generated at the same time. The test results are displayed and saved by the computer, and the Particle distribution size data and particle morphology pictures can be printed.

Steps
1. Samples are amplified by OpticalMicroscopy imagery.

Notice
• The instrument is divided into JX-2000A type and JX-2000B type, with the same technical principle and parameters, but the JX-2000A is equipped with a transmission Microscope, and the JX-2000B is equipped with a reflection Microscope, which is suitable for the observation and analysis of the surface crystal shape of opaque objects such as ceramics and metals.
