Overview
JINGXIN JX-2000B Particle image analyzer is an instrument for powder particle size morphology analysis. By combining OpticalMicroscopy, USB camera and dedicated image analysis software, it can intuitively and accurately analyze particle morphology and control product mass. The system consists of OpticalMicroscopy, USB camera, image analysis software, computer and printer, etc., which can provide comprehensive Particle size distribution data and topography images.
Features
1. The software is powerful and can be designed according to the specific requirements of the industry
2. Full flat field color difference objective, maximum resolution 0.07 microns
3. Optical inspection magnification up to 1600 times, image printing up to 4000 times
4. Can output test reports in multiple formats
5. Test range 0.5~ 3000μm, maximum resolution 0.1μm
6. Equipped with 3 million pixel digital camera
7. Configure reflection Microscope (with metallographic function)
Principle
After the sample is magnified by Microscope, the particle morphology image is captured by the USB camera and transmitted to the computer. Through proprietary software calculation and analysis, the distribution data and images of the number, area, circumference, diameter, volume, aspect ratio, and short-diameter ratio of particles are obtained. At the same time, data distribution charts such as D10, D50, D90, D97, average particle size, and surface area are provided. The test results can be displayed and saved by the computer, and Particle size distribution data and particle morphology pictures can also be printed.
Applications
Powder materials: diamond, silicon carbide, natural calcium silicate, quartz powder, barium sulfate, graphite, lithium cobalt oxide, boron carbonation, white corundum, oxidation cerium mica powder, Toner, metal powder and other mineral powders, solid materials: ceramic sheet surface crystal structure, metal, alloy surface crystal structure, other opaque surface crystal structure, means and methods for verifying Miscellaneous particle size testing
Steps
1. Microscoped imagery
2. The image of the particle shape captured by the camera is transmitted to the computer
3. Observe the powder particle morphology directly on the computer
4. Calculate and analyze through proprietary software
5. Obtain particle distribution data and images
6. Computer display to save test results
7. Particle size distribution data and particle morphology pictures
