JZ-1 powder Tapped Density meter is a professional test instrument of JINGXIN brand for the measurement of powder Tapped Density and Loose Bulk Density. The instrument refers to the standard principle of GB5162-2006, approximates the American Pharmacopoeia and European Pharmacopoeia standards, consists of precision speed regulating motor and stainless steel guide frame, etc. The structure is firm and reasonable, the operation is simple, and the test data is managed by computer.

Principle
Tapped Density measurement is to load a certain amount of powder into a container, vibrate under certain conditions until the volume of the powder in the container is no longer reduced, read the volume of the powder, and then divide the weight of the powder by the volume to obtain the density after vibration. The instrument is driven by a precision speed regulating motor to achieve stable measurement of powder volume.

Steps
1. Load a certain amount of powder into the measuringflask.
2. Set the test time (1-30 minutes).
3. Start the instrument to vibrate until the powder volume no longer decreases.
4. Read the powder volume and calculate the Tapped Density (powder weight divided by volume).
5. Test data is managed by computer.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 22V, Frequency 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
The test time can be set according to needs, with a range of 1 to 30 minutes.
• The vibration amplitude of the instrument is 50mm +/- 0.2mm, to ensure that it is used within the allowable range.
• Clean the stainless steel measuringflask after use to keep the instrument hygienic.
• Avoid long-term storage in humid or corrosive environments.
