5. Linear dispersion chart can be displayed, real-time display pressure
6. Automatic measurement, statistics, print test results, with data saving function
7. Overrange Automatic Reset to Protect Precision Sensors
8. Test unit kPa, kgf/cm2, Psi display, can be arbitrarily selected
9. Using thermal printing movement, no inks and color ribbons, no noise, fast printing speed
10. Equipped with a standard RS232 interface, it can communicate with microcomputer software (purchased separately)
Principle
The instrument is based on the principle of Mullen, fixing the sample through an automatic clamping system, applying uniform pressure until the sample breaks, monitoring pressure changes in real time and calculating Burst Strength.
Applications
Corrugated Board, Carton, Paper Tray, Aluminum Foil, Film, Rubber, Silk, Cotton
Steps
1. Connect the power and air source
2. Turn on the instrument power
3. Set test parameters through Touchscreen
4. Place the sample and hold it automatically
5. Start a one-click test
6. Instrument automatic measurement, display results and print data
7. Reset the instrument after the test is completed
Notice
• Need to be equipped with air source, pressure is 0.4MPa
• Ambient Temperature should be 10~ 35 ℃, relative humidity < 85%
• Power supply voltage is AC (220 +/- 10%) V, 50Hz
• Avoid over-range use to prevent damage to the Sensor
• Microcomputer software needs to be purchased separately for RS232 interface communication
• Regularly check the sealing of the system to ensure that the pressure drop is less than 10% Pmax for 1min
