Principle
The instrument touches the surface of the material to be tested through the probe, automatically measures the thickness under the set contact pressure, uses the 32-bit ARM processor to quickly calculate the data, and outputs the results through the Touchscreen display and thermal printer to achieve accurate thickness measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and start the instrument.
2. Set parameters through Touchscreen, such as probe descent speed.
3. Place the measured material on the measurement surface.
4. Press one button to start automatic measurement.
5. The instrument automatically counts and prints the results, or saves the data.
6. Optional RS232 interface for communication with microcomputer software.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in AC (100~ 240) V range, Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Check the contact area and pressure before measurement (contact area 1000 +/- 20mm ², contact pressure 20 +/- 0.5kPa).
• Avoid use in humid or vibrating environments to prevent affecting Measurement accuracy.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure that the Indication Error and variability are within the allowable range (Indication Error +/- 0.05mm/+/- 0.5%, indication variability ≤ 0.05mm +/- 0.5%).
• When using a thermal printer, pay attention to avoid high temperature environment to prolong the life of the printer.
• If you need communication function, you need to purchase additional microcomputer software and connect the RS232 interface correctly.
