Overview
The Defelsko PRBF0S-D is a thickness gauge Probe of the F0S series designed for the measurement of small parts, hard-to-reach areas or near edges. It has the smallest measurement tip and excellent film Measurement accuracy for nonmagnetic Coating thickness measurement on ferrous substrates.

Principle
The Probe works based on the principle of magnetic Induction. By detecting the change of nonmagnetic Coating thickness on the iron substrate, the signal is transmitted to the PosiTector host for processing and display. The accuracy is calculated by the fixed value plus the percentage of the reading to ensure the measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Connect the Probe to the PosiTector host
2. Align the measurement surface to ensure Probe vertical contact
3. Read the thickness value displayed by the host
4. As needed, repeability measurements to obtain an average
