Principle

After the QDK motor is decelerated by the gear, it drags the ejector rod to move up, and the edge produces the top force, so that the asbestos cement board gradually produces subtle crazing in the specified area and controls the slow expansion of the crazing. By observing the cracking of the putty layer, the ability of the putty to resist the crazing expansion of the substrate is characterized.
